This class is design to tone the entire body; building on strength & endurance. Beginners to Advance are going to feel at ease in this class. The exercise program is designed to be variable and be modified to fit everyone's fitness skills.
Bootcamp: Monday 7:15-8:15pm/ Saturday 8:15-9:15am
Ready Set Go! These classes are designed for higher intensity. Starting off the class with a warm up that will get you geared up. Keeping the cardio levels up throughout the class and challenging you with new exercises month by month. These programs are renewed at the start of the every month, to allow you to see progression throughout the month before rising to a new level.
Classes are mixed inviting both gals and guys to join forces in an awesome workouts!
SCULPT HIIT WORKOUT: Monday-Thursday 4:00-5:00 pm
N-10sive... This class is high intensity! The classes are designed on building strength with heavy weight and low repetitions with intervals of core exercises to maximize rest time between sets of strength training. If you are looking to build up on strength, posture and core this is the class for YOU!

Tabata : Tuesday 6:15pm
Tabata is a fun heart pumping, calorie burning, high intensity workout. We combine strength and cardio moves in 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes to complete 1 Tabata cycle. In a typical class we will complete 6-8, 4 min cycles followed by a relaxing stetch. This is a class for all fitness levels as options are always provided.
Skip & Sculpt IT! EVERY THURSDAY AT 6H15 PM
45 minutes full body workout from your warm up to your stretches. 10 minutes of intervalle skipping cardio exercises, combined win 15 minutes of sculpting workout. Finish strong with 10-15 minutes of core strength exercises. Make it your STRONG POINT!!!!
TRX AND YOGA class : WEDNEDAY 7:15-8:15pm
TRX is a suspension training using bodyweight to develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Additional weight can be added to exercises to increase intensity. This is a great way to get your muscles working hard and build functional strength.
* The Wednesday night class is 40 minutes + 45 minute of Hatha Core Yoga. This extra will increase your muscular endurance, build a strong core and allow your muscles to stretch and gain the benefits an awesome yoga stretching class. YOU MUST BRING YOUR MAT FOR YOGA
